DutiesAs the Community Manager, you will be fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling, supervising, and directing the daily activities of all on-site staff.
- Ensuring fiscal budgetary compliance to approved operation budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with management company personnel, operations policy and procedures, and compliance to company standards.
- Providing effective marketing and communications, including advising management of pertinent issues related to the community, market, or other respective issues.
- Planning, promoting, and implementing an effective Resident Retention program.
- Property management experience, with a proven track record for successful leasing and renewal rates.
- Experience with property management software, with Onesite experience being a plus.
- Outgoing, organized, effective communicators willing to go the extra mile to ensure the property is run efficiently and maintained to the standards of RichSmith Management.
- Proficiency in all standard office administration, equipment use, and MS Office software is beneficial.
Salary: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
